Comic Bento May 2015

Hey everyone! I got my very first Comic Bento box to review! I was so excited because, who doesn't love comic books!?
Comic Bento is $17.50 a month plus shipping, which is a steal because the comics inside are always worth more!
I got 5 Comics. I really was not sure how many i would be getting but i am MORE than satisfied with what i got!

Star Trek Countdown to Darkness
This comic is about 98 pages with a few bonus pages! The graphics are really good and the characters really look like the ones in the movies.  Here is what the back of the book says:
On a routine survey mission to a remote
plant, Captain James Kirk and the crew
of the Starship Enterprise become
embroiled in  a decades-old conflict
between two factions of the indigenous
population. The flames of their conflict
have been fanned by the unexpected
presence of a former captain of the
Enterprise, long presumed to be dead.
This is a must-have graphic novel for all
 Star Trek fans!

If you love Star Trek or just love comics in general, check this out! The price on the back of the book is $17.99 (already worth more than the cost of the box! I will be gifting this one because i know somebody who LOVES Star Trek.

The Avengers Prelude: Black Widow Strikes
This comic has really good graphics as well. On the cover is Scarlett Joansson as the Black Widow in the movie the Avengers. There are some cool bonus pages in the back including a little bonus comic Iron Man "The Crimson Dynamo Strikes Again". It's very colorful! On the back it says it is $12.99
Before Natasha assembles with the Avengers initiative, see her travel back to her homeland to match wits and fists with a deadly admirer in this hard-hitting espionage adventure set between the events of Iron Man 2 and Marvel's The Avengers

Green Hornet Volumes 1 &2
Volume 1 is Sins of the Father and Volume 2 is Wearing O' The Green. These are both Kevin Smith comics, which is awesome because Kevin Smith is awesome! I am going to write whats on the back of Volume 1. They both retail at $19.99 each. Both combined is more than the box!

Collection Features:
* Issues 1-5 of the series based on Kevin Smith's unproduced Green Hornet film.
* Complete cover gallery by industry greats Alex Ross, John Cassaday, J. Scott Campell and more
*Introduction by the man himself, Kevin Smith!

The Green Hornet is back, and Dynamite is the new home for the avenging hero, his faithful sidekick, Kato and their sweet ride - the Black Beauty!
Playboy Britt Reid Jr. has lived a frivolous life of luxury. But when a mysterious figure from the past brutally and publicly murders his father, all of that changes. Now, driven by a thirst for vengeance and guided by two generations of Katos, this one time underachiever will find those responsible and take his father's place as Century City's greatest protector - Green Hornet

Predator: Prey to the Heavens
I know Predator from the movies. This comic is really cool. It's valued at $15.99. It's about 102 pages long with a few extra pages.

The world's attention is focused painfully on a brutal third-world civil war, a merciless sectarian conflict sparing neither soldier nor civilian, mother nor child. But amidst the terror and carnage, where great nations and powerful interests jockey for position and advantage, another blood feud rages in the shadows, one no more humane but decidedly less human. Two warring tribes from the stars have chosen Earth's killing fields as their arena, with each clan sworn to eradicate the other... and all who stand between them. Each is the other's prey, each other's Predator.

It seems so intense! Check it out especially if you love kind of scary things like this!

Comic Bento is a great opportunity to get the latest and greatest comics for such a great price! I highly recommend trying it out and if you don't like it, it's so easy to cancel!
