Love With Food June 2015

Hey everybody! I got my Love with Food June box! This is my second Love with Food box and I am really impressed with this month! The theme for this month is Saturday In The Park.

This is the tasting box. There is a bigger size and a gluten-free box as well.

Northwest Trail Mix By Emily's

This is so yummy! I love trail mix in general but this trail mix is so good for you which makes it that much better! Inside was cashews, almonds, raisins, cranberries and cinnamon apple dices. I just ate this as a snack and it filled me up until my dinner. I would definitely buy more of this! There was 110 calories in this pouch.

Original Naan Crisps by Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads

These remind me so much of pita chips. They are crunchy and delicious! Dip them in some hummus for some extra flavor. They are flame baked to give them and authentic taste and texture. There was 60 calories in this bag.

Crazy Hot PopChips by PopChips

Let's be honest here and say that these did not last more than 10 minutes in my house! They are SO good. I want a huge bag because they are just that good. They most likely would have been gone faster but they are really spicy so after a few you need a drink. My 2 year old even loved these! (I advise you not to give these to a 2 year old unless they are okay with spicy things though!) I don't know the calorie amount because i ate them and threw the bag away on accident before i wrote this but I know its low!

Everything Bar by Sheffa 

This Everything Savory bar is Gluten free, Vegan, low sodium, non GMO, no nuts, soy or corn! How much healthier could it be?! It was very crunchy like a Nature Valley bar. It had a nutty flavor but i think it was because of the seeds inside. It was okay but not my favorite. The bar has 80 calories.

Choo Choo Cherry Flavored Dried Cranberries By Funny Face

These just reminded me of raisins. They are so good. Dried cranberries are really sweet and a great snack for anybody! The cherry flavor is so yummy and doesn't overpower the cranberry taste too.  1 box is 50 calories which is great! If you want 15% off your purchase you can use the code LoveWithFood15. Brownie Brittle 

Brownie Brittle is just as good as it sounds. They are little square pieces that taste like the edges of the brownies in a brownie pan. I can't get enough of these! They are guilt-free too! They are only 120 calories for the bag! 

Classic Iced Tea Candy by Bali's Best

Yum, Yum, Yum is right! I am a huge fan of sweet tea and these candies taste just like it! They are made with real tea extract! I am going to buy more and enjoy them all summer long!

Kutoa Health bar

I enjoyed this with my morning coffee and it was so yummy! The blueberry almond flavor was perfect. It reminded me most of a healthy granola bar! It is gluten and soy free, vegan and non GMO.

This spray is meant to lock in color, protect from heat damage and add silkiness to your hair. It smells very good, i smelled a little vanilla! Yum! The bottle is really smooth feeling, not like other bottles i have and i really like it! The full bottle is $21.95

Coola Classic SPF 30 cucumber moisturizer for Face

You can never have too much sunscreen! Plus it moisturizes your face. The smell of cucumber is subtle but still smells great. It blocks UV rays and protects against future signs of aging. The retail for full size is $32.

Marcelle BB Cream: Golden Glow

I feel like i have been getting a lot of BB creams lately. I have to say, this one is by far my favorite. It makes my skin look amazing! Golden Glow is a perfect name for this because that's what it looked like! The full size is $27.

Marcelle Waterproof Eyeliner : Electric Blue

This is a pencil liner and it is not kidding when it says it's Electric Blue. It is SO blue. I don't know how i am going to incorporate  this into my makeup routine but I am going to try because it can add a really nice color pop to any outfit! The full size retail is $11. 

Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels

I love trying new things and I had never heard of this before so I was so excited to try it out! There are 2 strips, one goes under each eye and you leave it for about 10 minutes. It is supposed to help hydrate and refresh stressed skin under your eyes. It was really cold and my eyes felt not so puffy afterwards so I think this really works. The retail for full size is $30.

Emi Jay Hair Tie (Bonus Item!)

I love hair ties because i am always losing them! This kind of hair tie is the kind that doesn't leave creases in your hair from pony tails! I love that but I have really thick hair so this kind of hair tie doesn't work very well for me when it comes to keeping a tight hold. The retail is $11

Balance Bare Sea Salt Caramel Nut Bar

This was SO yummy. I ate this for breakfast and it kept me full until lunch. It's only 160 calories and its delicious! 1 bar is $1.59 which is not bad at all. Its got a great nutty flavor with a hint of sweetness from the caramel. I definitely intend on buying more of these!

Beanfields Bean & Rice Chips: Nacho

These were so yummy too! You can see on the package all of the great benefits of these chips: vegan, corn free, 4g fiber, 4g protein, gluten free and all natural! Could it get any better? They also taste great. The flavor is Nacho, something you would expect to be so bad for you and its guilt free! They have a great nacho flavor. This single serving bag is 140 calories! 

DAVIDsTea, Forever Nuts, Silk Dragon Jasmine

I'll admit i am a little picky when it comes to tea. I love my Lipton Sweet Tea and my Green tea. Different flavors are just not really my thing. I will be giving these my mom because she likes all kinds of tea. Davids Tea has over 150 different teas! A 10 sachet box of Forever Nuts and Silk Dragon Jasmine is $8.00. That's not bad, less than a dollar a cup!

Sugar-Free Glee Gum

I love gum so i was so excited to see some sugar-free gum in this box! I got 4 little boxes, each with 2 pieces of gum inside. The gum is square and green. The only thing about this is that the flavor doesn't last very long and i feel like you would need a lot of this gum to make it worth while. It does have a really good mint flavor though!

New Chapter Every Woman's Once Daily Multivitamin

This is a vitamin made with organic vegetables and herbs. You can take this on an empty stomach! These are Non-GMO and certified organic. I looked at the pills and they are HUGE. I don't think i will be taking these. I think I will hand these down to my mom as well. I prefer gummy vitamins or at least something smaller. For the 24 count it is $12 on Amazon.

Bioved Artex Bone & Joint Cream

I love pain reliever creams! This reminded me of Icy Hot. It smelled VERY minty and it had the same effect except it didn't go from hot to cold or vice versa. It was soothing but i would personally prefer Icy Hot. 

Twinlab Veggie Protein Packet

I never really put protein powder in my morning smoothie, just because i never think to! I did add this to my smoothie in the morning and i have to be honest and say it ruined my smoothie. I felt like it was really chalky and i couldn't handle it. That could be because I don't normally add things like this to my smoothies though. The retail for the tub of this is $39.99. Needless to say I will not be buying this.

Clean Well Disinfectant Wipes

These are perfect to have in my purse or in the car! You never know when you may need to disinfect something. The scent of these is Lemon Citrus, which is something i would associate with being clean. You can use these for anything! (just keep away from children)

I heart Keenwah Cashew Cranberry Clusters

These were so yummy! I have never had quinoa before. I always thought it was a replacement for rice but it was delicious in these little clusters. The cranberries gave it a nice sweet flavor to the cashews. Just writing about it makes me want more!

Comic Bento May 2015

Hey everyone! I got my very first Comic Bento box to review! I was so excited because, who doesn't love comic books!?
Comic Bento is $17.50 a month plus shipping, which is a steal because the comics inside are always worth more!

I got 5 Comics. I really was not sure how many i would be getting but i am MORE than satisfied with what i got!

Star Trek Countdown to Darkness

This comic is about 98 pages with a few bonus pages! The graphics are really good and the characters really look like the ones in the movies.  Here is what the back of the book says:

The Avengers Prelude: Black Widow Strikes

This comic has really good graphics as well. On the cover is Scarlett Joansson as the Black Widow in the movie the Avengers. There are some cool bonus pages in the back including a little bonus comic Iron Man "The Crimson Dynamo Strikes Again". It's very colorful! On the back it says it is $12.99

Tom Box June 2015

Hey everybody! I got my Tom Box for June already. For those of you who do not know, Tom Box is a subscription box for a woman/girl on her period. It comes with jewelry and makeup and you can opt in to get more makeup and jewelry if you would like. That is what I did. I get the double makeup and jewelry.

Playtex Gentle Glide 360

These are my tampon of choice at the moment. I like them a lot because they are really absorbent and you don't even feel it when you are doing things like exercising or swimming! Perfect for when you want to do summer activities. 

Be A Bombshell Lip Crayon:

I love this! I didn't think the color was going to be very good but it is such a bright pink color! I don't know when i am ever going to wear it but the color is so pretty that it's going to be used a lot!

Makeup Brush

I am not really a fan of the makeup brushes they send. They seem very cheap and they never have a name or brand on them. It will get used eventually but i am not impressed with this one. 

Cargo Eye Shadow 

This is a nice brand of eye shadow, I believe the retail is around $16 which is more than half the cost of the box i got. The color is really pretty and very opaque. I will be using this a lot! 

Styled By Hayadi- Pure Happy Smooth

I really love this stuff! I don't usually have problems with frizzy hair but i tried this out and then went outside into the humid air and my hair still looked great! I would highly recommend checking this out!

Skone Tattooed Eyeliner

This eyeliner is so cool! I have never used a "tattoo" eyeliner before. It goes on so smooth and i like this WAY better than the liquid eyeliner. It kind of smells like a Sharpie so i was hesitant at first when trying it out but now i love it and will definatly buy more when i run out. 

Maybelline Color Show Nail Polish: Denims

I love nail polish. Any kind even if its the cheap kind. I have never bought Maybelline Color Show before but i have seen many advertisements about it, so i was excited to see it in my box. I put it one but it definitely needs two coats because the first coat looks nice but is faded so you really need a second to make it POP! 

Here is the jewelry i got! I have no idea when it comes to brands where these are from. 

I love this ring! It coils around and there are two pearl looking things on the end. I love it and actually wore it out yesterday and got compliments on it!

This is an anklet i think. I wasn't too sure what it was. It looks to me like an anklet because it has the adjustable chain link. I will probley wear this to the pool or something. I feel like you could buy something like this at Claire's.

Olay Regenerist Luminous HydraSwirl Eye Cream

This is supposed to help correct dark circles. It's really cool because of the hydra-swirl! It is unscented. I actually gave this one to my mom because i knew i wouldn't use it. The retail value for full size is $23.99.

Revlon HD Lipstick

When they say HD they really mean it! This lipstick is so bright red and i LOVE it. 

The retail value is $7.99  I would recommend this to everybody because it's awesome. 

SinfulColors Professional Nail Color

This color is Supernova and it's my new favorite polish! It is almost copper colored but its so cool! Sinful Colors nail polish is not very opaque so you need a couple coats for it to look nice. The retail value is $1.99

Cutex Advanced Revival Nail Polish Remover Pads

I was excited about these because i really don't like using the bottles kind of nail polish remover because it's so easy for my kids to knock over and spill on my carpet. The only thing that bothered me about these is the fact that they didn't take off all of the nail polish. It missed the sides of my nails and i had to use other remover to get it off. The retail is $3.99 for a pack of 10. Honestly I would prefer another kind of remover than this for $3.99.

Fekkai Professional Hair Care, Hair Mist

I gave this to my mom. It is supposed to help with frizzy hair and keeping it looking nice. I don't use too many hair products to that's why i gave it to her. The full size bottle is $20. I think that's expensive but for some people it's not and if you have problems with frizzy hair you should try this out!

All in all i really liked this box. My favorite was the nail polish and the lipstick. Some people liked the spring better than the summer box but i really liked this one! It's sold out now but keep an eye out because they release them randomly.

Arcade Block May 2015

Hey everyone! I just received my very first Arcade Block in the mail today.  It's the May box, they ship it out at the end of the month on the 25th and you get it at the beginning of the month.

I was SO excited about this box!!

Let's start off with the shirt in this box!

This is the fantasy fighter t-shirt. It is from ShirtPunch and is exclusive to Arcade Block subscribers. Jeremy loves it (he's wearing it right now!) 

Next is the Apothecary Jar 

Jeremy also loved this. He loves anything Zelda related. We put this with our other little video game ollectible items. 

Next we have the Special Forces Military Cap

This is a hat from Metal Gear Solid. We have a friend who will love this! Neither Jeremy or I really wear hats but this is going to make a nice gift!

Next is a Kick Punch Magnet

I like this magnet! I think its cute and you can never have too many magnets right? 

Next is the "Blue Shell on Board" sign

This is cute but i had a baby on board sign and it wouldn't stick to the window so i don't think i will be using this and i don't really know who to give it to either...

Last but not least is the South Park Stick of Truth Figure

I got The Grand Wizard Cartman. I was really hoping to get Princess Kenny but it seems like most people got Cartman. We already have the big version of this that came with the game when it came out. I am hoping to swap this with somebody. 

Arcade Block is a video game mystery box. Its $19.99 +shipping each month. The more months you buy the cheaper it gets!  They do have other subscription boxes too. They have the original Nerd Block, Arcade Block, Horror Block, Comic Block and a boys or girls Nerd Block Jr.   Comic Block and the JR. boxes are $13.99 a month + shipping. 

I highly recommend checking this out. I can't wait for next months box. I heard there is going to be a Metroid item and a Team Fortress 2 item will be in June's box! Can't wait!!!
